We utilize a truck-mounted purified water system for our cleaning processes. We do this because purified water is free of allergens, toxic metals, and other elements that can be found in regular tap water. As the purified hot water interacts with the cleaning solution, it creates a powerful cleaning agent that is highly effective at removing particulates, microbes, and stains from deep within the carpet fibers. Further, the cleaning solutions we utilize do not harm or damage the fibers which help protect the color and lifespan of the carpet.

Assuming the area is around 250 square feet, it takes between 20-30 minutes to thoroughly clean a single room. This can vary considerably depending on how much furniture is in the room, or whether deep stains are present.

It typically takes between 8-24 hours for a carpet to be completely dry. The dry time is heavily influenced by the amount of humidity in the air, the temperature of the room, and whether there is adequate air flow over the carpet. It is also influenced by the thickness of the carpet and the underlying pad.

Some stains and odors are more stubborn than others. Sometimes, staining agents can leak deep within the carpet pad and can resurface as the carpet dries. For example, red wine, coffee, tea, and urine may require several cleanings to sufficiently remove the discoloration and odor. Depending on the carpet fiber and the age of the carpet, full removal may not be possible.

Our cleaning systems do not leave a sticky residue behind them. This means that there is nothing but pure, clean water left to evaporate at the end of the cleaning. With regular vacuuming and routine care, the carpet will remain clean.

Oriental and area rugs typically receive heavy amounts of traffic. While they are sturdy, they often require specialized care to protect their vibrant colors and delicate fibers. Our certified professionals are highly-skilled at cleaning your prized carpets and will dutifully inspect and test the item prior to the application of any treatment.

Depending on the carpet, we typically recommend cleaning once every 6 to 12 months.
