Pet urine can cause permanent damage to your floors and fabrics. It can also create an unhealthy indoor environment. When urine is first deposited onto a floor or fabric, it is in an almost “neutral” state which means it is easier to remove when it is fresh. Once it dries, it turns “alkaline” and becomes more difficult to remove. If left for days or weeks, depending on the fabric or floor type, it can permanently change the dye structure, therefore causing permanent staining. Even if the soluble deposits are removed, the damage to the dye structure may already be done.

Get The Job Done Right... The First Time! We perform a thorough inspection of your carpet and furnishings with our state-of-the-art forensic high intensity-ultra violet light (390cm) to determine the level, locations, and extent of urine, vomit, fecal, or other contamination. This is the most important step in the entire process in order to succeed that most carpet cleaners do not perform. Bottom line—If you can't see it, you can't treat or remove it.

We primarily use our exclusive Triple Plus+ Extreme Sanitizer to immediately neutralize odors by binding, encapsulating, and absorbing odor. Triple Plus+ Extreme effectively eliminates odors on contact from human and pet urine, feces, vomit, skunk musk, pet or human odors, dander, and decaying protein and organic matter. 
  
Our proprietary and highly effective organic sanitization and fresh GREEN scent deodorization surface treatment can inhibit harmful surface microbes for up to 12 months. The product performs a physical kill and not a chemical kill—meaning that the surface bacteria and microorganisms are eliminated without leaving any chemical residue.

We have two odor treatment options available. The amount of damage to the carpet, the period of time in which the damage has taken place and your budget will determine the treatment that will be implemented.

Fiber and sub-surface pad injection pet treatment: (Most Requested)

1. We begin by thoroughly inspecting your carpet and furnishings with our high intensity ultra violet light to determine the level, locations, and extent of contamination. This is the most important step in the entire process.
2. For carpeting that has had minimal to moderate pet or human urine, vomit, or fecal damage, we will topically treat the carpeting with our TRUE-GREEN BabySafe pre-cleaner with added enzyme and then make high pressure sub-surface injections into the pad where needed.
3. Then we will thoroughly deep extract the entire area using our powerful truck mounted steam extraction equipment to ensure that there are no residues left behind after the treatment is complete and no re-appearing stains later.
4. After the thorough rinse process we apply a generous application of Triple Plus+ Extreme and Fresh GREEN Scent Deodorizer to the carpet surface ensure a total bacterial kill.
5. We then teach every client at the time of service what store products are the best and that are CRI-certified safe for you, your children, and your pets.
6. Your home will be fresh and inviting again. 
7. Your carpet is dry the same day.

Pad Removal and Sub Floor Seal Treatment:

For carpeting that has been repeatedly subjected to animal urine, it becomes necessary to do a complete urine treatment. For a complete urine treatment we will begin by disengaging the carpeting from the tack strip and rolling it back to expose the carpet cushion. The affected carpet cushion will then be removed and will be disposed of. The sub-floor will then be treated with a organic botanical product and then we seal the sub-floor with a professional wood or cement flooring sealer so that urine odor does not penetrate through after the carpet is put back and replaced. We will then install new carpet cushion to replace what had already been removed. The carpeting is then treated on both sides and reinstalled. We will finish the treatment by doing a complete “pet deep clean” of the entire room or area.
