• Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our crew will arrive on-time, in uniforn, and are courteous. They are highly trained and knowledgeable to handle all types of soiling or odor conditions. Our technicians follow or exceed all major carpet manufacturers' warranty care requirements, including all stain-resistant, and Stainmaster™ carpeting. FREE UV black light bacteria inspection.

• Step 2: We Protect Your Home
We use baseboard corner, hard floor, and furniture leg guards along with other protective guards for lawns, flower beds and landscaping. We use large cotton floor covers to keep from scratching your wood and tile floors. 

• Step 3: Furniture Moving and Seal Your Entry Door
Sofas, chairs and small tables are carefully moved and replaced. Your furniture legs will be protected with disposable blocks and clear plastic tabs to prevent stains. We place the Door Jam™ seal around the door where our vacuum hose enters your home or office. This keeps your cool or hot air in your home along with your pets and small children.

• Step 4: Pre-spot Stains
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solution and then agitated to increase chances of removal. This also ensures no re-appearing spots or stains.

• Step 5: TRUE-GREEN BabySafe™ Pre-Spray Conditioner/Sanitization
Your carpets are pre-sprayed wall to wall with our exclusive biodegradable pre-cleaner that is 100% Non-Toxic and contain no VOC's or solvents (glycol ether, terpenes,or alcohols) of any kind, no carcinogens, or added fragrances (CRI/SOA Gold Level, GREEN SEAL, and EPA-Dfe Approved Products).
